He is very much anti-gun for law abiding citizens…
He seems to be ok for himself to have one though.

Hmmm...nothing noting race in the article either. It's funny how the media becomes color blind when it's a black on white crime.
Beating a dead horse, I know...

How much screaming would there have been if President Trump would have said "I am going to only nominate white females to the Supreme Court seat".

I just watched an interview with his "mentor," a black UofL professor. The guy agreed that this young man should not be in jail, but also disagreed with sending him home on house arrest. He said this guy has legitimate mental issues and should be institutionalized for observation and treatment. I think he should stay in jail for treatment, but I'm no professional.
The Louisville jail has some staffing and disciplinary issues that are on the news every day. A handful of inmates have died from both suicide and medial issues.
As others have asked, what if it was a mentally ill white guy that shot one of the black mayoral candidates? Racist hate crime! No doubt that would be the narrative. Well, this was a mentally ill black guy that tried to murder a Jew. Hate crime? No, no mention of that whatsoever.

Just listened to a report about a Louisville city councilman that wants to reallocate "community improvement" funds, whatever that means, to bail out "low risk" inmates. How about use the funds to teach people how to properly behave and not break the law? The opinion reporter countered that, if this passes, the councilman serve the remaining jail term for bailed out criminals that violate parole. Interesting proposal.

Where have you read that?

Where have you read that? Craig Greenburg is the individual who this guy shot @ when he came into the office. His shirt and sweater were torn by a bullet whizzing by him. The fact that he's Jewish to me isn't the issue. The issue to me is, this guy tried to kill someone and was charged with attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment and is @ his parents house on home incarceration. I wonder how safe the people in that office feel this morning?

Where have you read that? In the second paragraph of the article. Brown, the shooter, shot at Craig Greensburg, who is a Jew. Pretty clear. Now, it does not say that Brown was targeting him BECAUSE he is a Jew. The question is, why isn't this being spun as a hate crime. You know, just like when a white police officers kills a black man that tried to kill him first or in the act of trying to kill someone else? That always seems to be a hate crime, right? Reason to protest and alienate an entire race and profession? The comment seems to be more aimed at a larger problem of and highlighting the hypocrisy of the far left and the terrorist organization called black lives matter.

Yeah...Pretty clear it doesn't say anyone was a target because of being a Jew! Exactly my point. Yes that maybe the motive but I hadn't seen that spelled out...Or the word "JEW"!

And that is the exact point some were trying to make. IF the rolls were reversed, the media would definitely highlighted the fact that it was a white guy shooting a black guy. But, since it was a black on white crime, they did not feel that race bore any importance or relevance.

They hadn't released a motive. Not sure when/if they will. Sounds like the "mentally unstable" narrative will be the drum they're going to beat.

Sounds like the shooter violated the victim’s civil rights.
