Do you see a bit of a problem with this suggestion from CNN analyst and Former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security of Intergovernmental Affairs, Juliette Kayyem on the Freedom Convoy in Canada? www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-analyst-slash-the-tires-canadian-trucker-convoyShe says, "Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers and move the truck!" Now, I'll admit, it's been a few decades since I was haulin' down the road in that 13 speed, 1972 Diamond Reo with a Cummins 903. But, I think I learned a few things when I was driving and servicing those big rigs. First, I think one would sooner cut their hand off, attempting to slash a truck tire. Second, we never ran gas in most of our trucks. Third, Who's gonna arrest all those drivers? Oh, and though I don't ever recall trying this...I think it'll be a bit difficult to move those trucks with all that damage!!!

She is right about - These things fester when there are no consequences,"
We learned that in the 2020’s “mostly peaceful “ protests/riots. They just let them go and it really “festered”.
This ain’t ending soon.. these truckers are hard headed and 100 percent right.
Looking forward to the American version.

I believe this is the real war. The NATO vs. Russia is the deep state trying to distact us from this battle. NATO is so deep state and corrupt today.

Sounds like some pretty cool ideas if it were in the movies. Dopes...
Typical for any news or political figure, they dont know their wazoo from a hole in the ground.
This trucking protest is the cats meow. Already a huge shortage of drivers, so tick them off and force a protest. Now the country can slow down even more and the dufus president and the dems have even more egg on their face.
We are well stocked food wise. Gasoline would be our only problem. Otherwise my job is crazy busy, so let the protest happen. I'm enjoying this.

It looks like crude may top $100/barrel soon (it's at $94 now) so fuel prices will continue to climb.
Unfortunately for this upcoming year I had to change the way I deliver fish. I will have to charge for delivery over 50 miles from the office. I can't keep the prices of fish the same and eat the transportation charges. Not when someone orders $400 worth of fish and they live in Kentucky....Fish hauling companies in Arkansas are charging over $300 to deliver 50# of fish from there to here, so that's $6.27 per pound of fish delivered to me, then it costs me to deliver them. I can't absorb the costs any more.
Talking to a buddy in Oklahoma, all the farm deliveries there are now getting hit with delivery surcharges. I went to order alcohol from Napa that I use in aeration system de-icers. Used to be $107/5 gallons with no shipping. Now it's on backorder and I would have to pay the HazMat shipping to get it.....
A relative in Wyoming said all the fuel deliveries that the farmers get now out there have a delivery charge too. At least the price of fuel isn't as bad as it is here for off-road fuel.

So........ if the trucks weren't in the road and it was just people, everything would be fine?

So........ if the trucks weren't in the road and it was just people, everything would be fine? As long as all they are doing is burning buildings, breaking stuff, assaulting people and stealing items from stores, then yes. Basically as long as it's peaceful

Workers banding together and taking action to stand up for their rights, and Republicans are supporting it! I can't believe it!
Welcome aboard brothers!

BLM and work should not be used in the same sentence.
Still, the trucker thing is a labor action, pure and simple. Good for them!

Coming from a trucker... they aren't going to like the outcome if they try that. 1. Felonies for sabbotaging a cmv 2. Good way to catch a severe butt whooping..... or some hot lead ( the last poll I saw in one of my trucker groups showed 76% of drivers have some form of "personal protection" in their truck..... always a glock in mine) Funny how their answer to a PEACEFUL protest is VIOLENCE..... Come get you some Sad part is.... of all people to stand up, it's the Canadians. More backbone and testicular fortitude than us yanks. #whodathunkit

Couple years ago law was passed ok to have a gun in a cmv truck anywhere in the country, as long as you have a carry permit.
