I might have a deal cooking with one of my vintage motorcycle parts suppliers. He says he has a CZ Partridge he'd be willing to "move/barter/sell." Apparently, it's 20 gauge, 28" barrels with a "silver" receiver. That is all the info that I have for now. Anybody own one or have some feedback?

The Bobwhite series is the same as the Partridge (or I should say the Partridge is the same as the Bobwhite), except the Partridge is the "coined" finish of the same gun. They sold in 2009 for $499.
I believe they only have extractors vs. ejectors and are (I believe) made by Huglu. Try and find out when it was made, the earlier ones (pre 2009) had much heavier triggers, the newer version (G2) are slimmer and a bit lighter in weight.
If you've never shot a straight stocked gun with double triggers, try and shoot one first. I don't like the straight stocks. They sere originally designed for driven type shoots where you were shooting up over your head at birds vs. birds that are out in front of you.

I've always liked 20 ga. shotguns. Never had one in sxs.

The straight stock is pretty much the same as what the English made in the early 1800's. Very little change since then.
I always thought the triggers on 2 trigger guns were made for left handed shooters. I can easily cover the front trigger, slide my finger back and cover the left trigger. Kind helps with my fat fingers too.

It looks like I'll be able to close the deal on the CZ Partridge by the end of the week. I got out to shoot it just to get a pattern with different chokes and check the functionality. Nice lil SxS!
