Talk about about what sugar you cut out. The scoops of white sugar in my coffee is easy. I understand no candy bars. What else did you cut out? Like, ketchup? How extensive was your sugar ban!?
I says you lost 20#

I says you lost 20# No candy, no sweets, no snacks. I've saved a lot of money by not eating fast food. I eat rotisserie chicken from walmart, burgers, steaks, baked chicken breasts, eggs, cheese, deer steaks, etc. I switched to no sugar ketchup and use very little of it.

I pretty much did the same, except adding in some frozen veggies. It worked really quickly to strip the easy weight off. I had since added a few normal things back in like some hash browns, one bun with a burger, and lite beer. Now with your talk of this, I have started the next round of strictness. Next goal for me is 27# by the end of the year, AND maintain it!

After 30 days I've lost 31 lbs. I think it could have been a little more if I wasn't lifting weights. I've lost almost 4" off my waist and went down a shirt size. I can see a major difference looking in the mirror. I'm going to try to keep the same diet while I'm elk hunting. I'd like to lose 10 or 15 lbs by the time I get back home.

No easy accomplishment! I feel once I get the ball rolling and see results, it gets easier to keep on track and want more.

I actually tried this once. Lost 7 pounds the first week, then the ex bailed. Beyond her 135 pounds I lost nearly 70 over the next few months, but not following a diet. I am a stress eater and unfortunately the bad stuff is the easiest to get ahold of. I also believe I have a sugar addiction. I know, the experts say that isn't possible. Getting past the first few days is awful, but I need to figure out a way.

I'm going to guess 25 lbs. I stopped drinking soft drinks for a month once and dropped 20 without any extra work.
