I may need to actually get out and look for some ammo now. Just looked at midway and it seems they have a little more in stock then there has been.

Just got this from Osage Outlaw. He is at Cloverdale . Woody, I'm at a bow shoot in cloverdale, IN. There is a guy in the campground with some ammo. Would you post this picture on H.I.? Maybe some local guys would be interested in it. He has .308, .32 special, .222, 300 win mag, and 209 primers

Grandson in law was here from Texas for a visit and picked up six boxes of .45 at Rural King in Evansville. He says they had plenty of all calibers and a limit of six boxes.

I am seeing more ammo and dropping prices lately. I picked up some Aquila .22s from one shop. A box of 22 Hornet in another. Sportsman's Warehouse had some ammo on the shelf. Also had Federal Small pistol magnum primers, I got 500. I could use some Lil Gun and W231 powders and LPPs.

Rural King in Martinsville had a good selection and upped the limit to six bxs. Yep. I saw that, too! I’ve also seen really good stocks from Point, Outdoorsman, Atkinsons and Bob’s. I’m just not yet inclined to pay the high prices (though I do see prices are coming down slightly).

Rural King in Martinsville had a good selection and upped the limit to six bxs. Last time I was in there they seemed to have quite a bit but most of it was all a brand that I had never heard of.

Walmart in Clarksville had probably 30 boxes of federal 325 round .22lr bulk packs in stock.
BassPro is starting to get a lot more ammo in as well. Most of it is .223, 5.56, .308, 9mm, and shotgun shells. They did have a bunch (close to 100 boxes if I were to guess) of 20 round boxes of .350 legend 180 grain Winchester ammo.
The thing I'm not seeing yet is ammo in assorted hunting calibers. Very little of that, but as we get closer to hunting season, perhaps it will pick up.

Several local Walmarts has been having a lot of shotgun shells on the shelves lately.
Was at Rural King in Niles, MI and they had 3 pallets of ammo out. 9mm and 223, and prices weren't too bad.
Was at Bass Pro in Portage, IN yesterday and they had a lot on the shelves as well. But their prices were stupid. Hdy Black 450bm is now $40 a box, but I paid $$26 last summer just so I could get extra brass.
I reload most everything I shoot anyway, and am sitting ok on supplies, so no big deal to me. Just had to throttle down on fun shooting, but replaced it with fishing!

Gonna have to get out there and look for some 12 gauge shells. Just used my last three while crow hunting the other day. Last time I was in rural king in Columbus they still didn’t have anything on the shelves. Sunday Walmart did have two containers of .22 and 3 boxes of 150 grain 350 legend. I shoot 180 grain so I left those there.

Auburn Arms, Triple A and Thomlinsons all had decent selections of several flavors of ammo. Rural King Ft Wayne had quite a few .223/5.56 and 9mm Along with a few misc boxes of rifle and pistol. Sportsman Guide Ft Wayne had a fair selection of ammo.
I was picking up some springs off Brownell's web site and browsing for something to fill the box. Found they had a fair supply of powder. I picked up 2 lbs Lil'gun and a pound of HP-38. I recently added a Hornet to the accumulation so I now have a lifetime supply of Lil'gun. HP-38 is a backup for the WW231 I use in my .45ACP.
I have been seeing prices falling on several calibers. I hope the trend continues.
If what I am seeing Primers listed for that they do not have it could be bad news. About double what they were 2 years ago.

I'm noticing more ammo in most places. I sincerely hope the hoarders/price gougers choke on their "high dollar" ammo.

I just spent a little time online looking for steel dove loads so I can hunt on the public reservoirs but I can't find any. Might not be dove hunting this year.

A buddy sent me a picture of Winchester 209 primers at Cabela's. Dang near double what they cost last year, $74.99/1,000 is what the tag on the shelf said.
