Finally sprung for a pressure washer. Have borrowed them a few times, but now time for our own. I have used up to a 2500psi, and although ok, definately wanted more. So I researched and bought a Simpson Pro series, 3,400psi, with a Honda engine and heavy duty pump. Put it to the test today and it just walks away from the other ones I used before! We pretty much washed everything we own but the house today. Lol. I even got 2 small jobs lined up already to recoup some cash on it.

I bought one a few years ago at an auction. Still had the tags and paperwork with it. It does come in handy when needed. Just used it this week to clean the boat.

We have a tall 2 story old farm house with vinyl siding. Moss starts to grow on the north side as well as our garage door. Plus we get some type of pollen or seedlings stick to the rest. So we wash then once a year to stay ahead of that now. Oh that and wasp nests everywhere. So it will be a "fight fire with water" situation on them baby's! Lol. Lots of good uses.

Buy a turbo tip for it your never regret it...just be careful with up close use or your damage something your cleaning.
Your cleaning time will speed up and be more efficient once you use it regularly.

Spray with bleach water before spraying off it will kill the moss mold it won’t stop it but will slow it down As said be careful with it I had just got my sprayer and was trying it out on the concrete in front of my garage when one of my buddies showed up on his mud covered 4 wheeler decided he wanted to try it on his wheeler well he got to close to the seat and it ripped or blew the vinyl right off of it You will definitely be happy with it they are one handy tool to have around. If you fill like working run a hot cold soft water faucet out by garage nice for washing cars lawnmower tractors and you don’t get the water spots

I always use bleach. Will look into the wet & forget. It's not much of a problem if we keep up on it.
I have my water softener plumbed in right after the whole house filter. So everything runs out of it. Our water is so hard, I only get a couple years out of faucets before their so limed up their shot.

I'm probably not telling you something that you don't already know, but be careful with one that powerful and be mindful of the tip selected. I've seen concreted etched and deck boards splintered from improper handling of a pressure washer. I bought an electric one years ago just so my wife couldn't tear anything up with it. It worked well and we wore it out. I'll probably be buying another one soon.,

Its strong enough my wife was having a tough time with it, so I will have the hands on it 99%. We have a turbo tip at work. It's never been used. I will grab it to try, and if good, will pick one up or see if boss will sell it to me.
