Very few I say... most don’t practice that much! IMO I am sure some can or will attempt that shot but the average gun owner I say not . Especially with the ammunition shortage ... I must hang with the right percentage then.

While you, I (or the guy on the video) may think this shooting is justified, I have a feeling that we've not heard the last of it. Especially when the lawyers and politicians get involved. That’s goes for any shooting in any state.... shooting and killing someone is not very often a simple matter! Nor should it be. Look @ the legal issues that police officers face whenever they are involved in a shooting and they have training and the police union behind them. I can't imagine how difficult (and expensive) it would be for an average citizen (if they were to be involved in a shooting) to try and navigate that situation from both the criminal and/or civil standpoints.

A professional witness costs around $10K if one is needed to be called to testify.

I'm going to go with Greg on this one somewhat. The "average" person carrying probably doesn't have the skill to make that shot on spur of the moment. At least one shot. 3 maybe 4 a bullet may go where it's intended to go. I'd seriously wager to bet, if polled, more ccw carriers don't shoot their carry gun of choice even once a year.

I've heard that an average person would go bankrupt defending themselves in a shooting death. Have to go to court, can't go to work. Can't go to work, lose your job. No job, no bills getting paid.
