Over the last year we have seen extreme measures taken under the banner of "public health crisis". I'm increasingly hearing this term used regarding gun violence. We just might soon see Biden & company mandate unprecedented "emergency" measures toward gun control.

The mass shooting in Indianapolis proved that this country won't utilize the existing gun laws, why would additional ones make anything any "better"? www.in.gov/isp/3484.htm

Doubtful. The President has little to no say in how states are handling the current public health crisis.
At best he might be able to prevent manufacturers from shipping firearms across state lines.
Congress also addresses emergency powers and firearm confiscation in 2006 after hurricane Katrina.

Doubtful. The President has little to no say in how states are handling the current public health crisis. At best he might be able to prevent manufacturers from shipping firearms across state lines. Congress also addresses emergency powers and firearm confiscation in 2006 after hurricane Katrina. He'll try. I never said he'd be successful, but he will try.
