I've found one similar in some river stone in Nebraska. Never had it officially identified but my own research led me to believe horse or buffalo.

Looks like a bovid, judging by the length.
Bison? You could be more right than you know. Bones last much longer than people realize, and teeth the longest of all. Where do old bones end up? Creek beds.
It'd take an expert to tell for sure.
Cool find anyways.
