My wife made some cole slaw and put some jalapeno juice in it to spice it up a little. Add a dash of salt and I could eat that stuff by the tub full. absolutely delicious. Wanted me to put it on some bbq chicken, can't really do it unless I'm eating it sandwich style. And I don't feel so bad by eating a large amount of it since it's really not a mayo based slaw. Lots of veggies in it so I feel ok if I indulge myself on a 2nd or 3rd bowl.
to all the naysayers out there, please don't burst this perfect place I'm in right now. Love the stuff.

There is a restaurant called Whiskeys. They have peanut slaw. Sounds not so good but that stuff is to die for. The put crushed peanuts on top of their slaw.

Any good ideas for these quail eggs? I soft boiled some yesterday, just looking for other ideas. Not sure on quail eggs but we will boil regular eggs and fill up pickle jars with the eggs and left over brine of pickled beats, dill pickles or sweet pickles. They stay good for a long time and good snack.

I never could get into eating pickled eggs. Just sounds weird to me, I love the taste of pickles and will hoover them babies up but just can't get myself up to eating a pickled egg.
