Its a ornamental pear of some sort. Most bradfords don't get real big because the wind typically destroys them before they can get real big. IN many areas the late frost did a lot of damage to the mast trees so the squirrels and the like are shifting to eating other foods they can find. I know 90% of my oaks got burnt and all of my soft mast trees got toasted.....as such the squirrels are feeding on what they can find.
