Hey WW, my son Jarrod took a nice cull buck the last day at a home were we get paid to hunt the deer. He went out an hour befor the transit and then called me and asked when are the deer moving and I told him just to sit tigh that a spike will come in about 30 minites befor dark. I received another call to come help him and I said you can handle the small spike LOL, he did sound out of breath and when he got to the shop with his deer I saw why he was out of breath. Jarrod shot a hugh 2.5 year old spike with a 4 prong nub on the right and 12 spike on the left. The buck dressed out at 165 pds. Here in Md. we he is allowed to use a crossbow for the last 2 weeks of January so he took Excal and made a great shot on him as he walked right under him and crashed 50 yards from him stand. I ended up shooting 14, one cull buck 6 point and a nice 8 and 12 doe's. All in all it was a good year.
Now bring on the TURKEYS !
