Anyone here use an instapot or similar appliance to cook deer? I have a ninja foodi which is a pressure cooker and air fryer combined. I am new to the pressure cooking game. I have been successful doing ribs and turkey breast and a few other things. Just wondering if anyone uses one to cook deer loin and how you do it.

I have not. Such a tender cut won't benefit and would likely suffer from pressure cooking. I cook loin and other tender cuts from the hinds to not more done than medium. I try to stop cooking shy of medium rare and rest for 10 minutes. It ends up shy of medium.
Good pressure cooker cuts include neck, front shoulders, hocks, bottom round and ribs.
Season the meat with salt and pepper (or other seasoning - taco seasoning, bbq seasoning, blackening/cajun/creole, etc.)
Dredge in flour (or don't) and brown quickly on all sides in a hot pan. Flour helps make a sauce when done.
Put in the pressure cooker with some liquid (broth, beer, whatever - depends on what you're making). You don't cover the meat, just need enough to keep moisture in the cooker. Half-inch or so.
Can add vegetables such as onions, peppers, carrots, celery, etc. for flavor. Cooking time depends on amount/size of meat. I'd start at 30-40 minutes.
You want shreddable meat when done so if it won't shred, fire it back up for more time. Good with noodles, in tacos, fajitas, stews, goulash, you get the idea. If you like Italian beef sandwiches, follow a recipe but substitute venison for beef. That's get you familiar with meat/vegetable/liquid ratios.

I agree with oldhoyt - don't waste a loin in the pressure cooker. Save it for the grill.
Pressure cookers break down the connective tissue, fat, and tenderizers the meat. Obviously venison doesn't have the fat of beef or pork. Use the pressure cooker (or crock pot) for roasts and stew meat.
My wife just made a venison stew last week for the first time in her new insta-pot. It was very tender and tasty!
