I have debated for years on what I would do as my old 10' x 12' shed aged (34 years old) and required more repairs. Many times I've thought about building a garage or similar out building. I tried to convince myself that the dozens of vintage motorcycles I've restored through the years might justify the expense. After considering all costs and the nightmare of working through the permit process, I decided to simply replace the old shed with the same size new shed. That required no permit. So I hooked up with my ole Mennonite cousins and had Marvin Raber and his crew (located near Montgomery, IN) build one to my liking. It was actually kind of cool to go through his shop and watch them working. It brought back many memories as I had worked in my Grandpa's Kout's custom cabinet shop in the 60's and 70's (also Mennonite). Today was the delivery and I had a blast just watching Marcus walk the old shed out and set the new shed in place. The majority of the time, he remotely controlled the Mule. He had that thing placed within a fraction of an inch from where I wanted it situated. It only took him an hour for the whole ordeal. He would've probably been quicker if not for my bothering him with questions and jawing the whole time. Here are a few pics from the process:

He built my 16x12 metal outbuilding. Great work!
