Holding off here in NE Indiana. Moving my F.I.L. to assisted living today so I hope it at least holds until later in the day. Maybe it will be nice for turkey season.

Rivers flooding and a lot of roads close. My guess over 2-3 inches.

It finally quit here...
Over the last couple of days, we've had 4.5 inches.

I finally remembered to get a rain gauge and mounted it to the fence. We got 1.25" Thursday night and another 3.5" as of 4:00 p.m. yesterday. Forecast here is for highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's for the foreseeable future. That will get the grass growing and the bluegill headed towards the banks. The next full moon isn't until May 19th. I wonder if the bluegill will wait until then to spawn? I've heard arguments that they spawn according to water temperature and for the May full moon.

Rain is predicted all week down here in the Evansville, IN area of the State. It's hard to cut the glass with the ground so wet that my lawn mower wheels make tracks in the yard.
