Can anyone age and score my buck? I have him aged at around 4 hrs and scored him a healthy #2!

No age or score for chili, unless canning than age can happen. Folks have gotta start realizing hunt how you want, for what you want and measure it all however you choose. I target older deer, I score antlers and I eat them all the same...but that is me. Be you and be ecstatic whatever that means!

I'm only in my 3rd deer season and connected on a 184 lbs field dressed 8 pt buck which I am extremely proud of. On a 13 huntable acre property at that. I don't judge on what anyone chooses to take as I see all deer as a trophy, they are all special to me. He was my 2nd buck and 4th deer taken in my short career. I totally agree with you on the fact that we should all hunt how and for what we want.

Where the pasta and cornbread? Pasta in chili is about as nasty as it gets! In elementary school they would put elbow mac noodles in chili and I couldn't stand it then. And if you bought school lunch they would make you eat it too. Small rural school with about 10 to 20 kids per grade so the lunch monitor could check everyone. Those milk containers would hold a lot of chili, cooked spinach and whole chilled peeled tomatoes! Forever scared by the lunch lady!
