If we all start ccrowdsourcing our experience and sharing our findings we could all benefit I've been out twice this year and here's what I found my first counting if it was to a Fish and wildlife area I frequently hunt. Deer population there looks very good the deer were feeding in the corn and on honey locus and moving across the road to soybeans A group of five crossed in front of me so therefore I investigated it's rare to see that many in a fish and wildlife area. I went back Wednesday to a different portion of the same fish and wildlife area. Also found deer feeding near the corn the oak mast crop looks very good. The section of the fish and wildlife area also had several deer sign and deer. The population was so dense they were feeding on multiflora Rose. I came across two scrapes which seems kind of early. Whathave rest of you guys been seeing on trail cams and scouting?

Went to my wife's family farm in vanderburgh county this morning, found rubs on the willows and tracks but no scrapes yet. Farmer said he saw five last night. Picking corn today.

Just trimmed all my shooting lanes this morning. Just a couple scraps found. Some of the corn on the farm is getting picked right now.

Took my buddy to show him around the area we will hunt during the SP hunt this year. We left the house as the sun was coming up, after he got off 3rd shift, and drove about 40 minutes. He made a comment about not seeing any deer on the drive down or through the park. As we came around the last corner into my preferred area there were 3 standing there looking at us.
He's pretty excited about this hunt. :-)

I had a small buck in my yard hitting the acorns hard Friday night. On Saturday went to a FWA and saw another oak that had been hit hard. Multiple fresh piles of deer "sign" under it.
