Anyone use this climbing stand from Academy?

I have a Summit but I'm looking for a cheaper climber to leave in a spot that I don't want to carry the Summit in and out of each time. Land owner doesn't allow stands to to be left after season so I don't want to mess with taking a ladder stand in and out each year in this very thick spot. Thinking about this game winner climber. I would want one that it's not too hard to take the seat off because I wouldn't want to leave it in the woods. Weight is not issue as I wouldn't be taking it in and out each time.
