I found a new way to use zucchini

I love cucumbers and onions in a cream sauce so I went and added some zucchini to it and it was great.
Recipe
1 cucumber
1 medium onion(prefer sweet)or more if you like
1/2 cup diced zucchini with heart/ pith removed. Give or take
Big dollop of mayonnaise /Miracle Whip
White sugar to tast(I like it just a little sweet so the tart in the miracle wipes is present but not over powering.
Little milk or water.
Peel cucumber, cut in half long ways and use a spoon to remove seeds(this helps keep salid from becoming watery if not all used and If seeds are big and tough makes it better.) Dice into 1/4 in pieces
Dice onion
Peel zucchini remove center and dice into 1/4 in pieces.
Place all 3 into a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix miracle whip sugar and just a touch of milk or water(you want just enough liquid to make the dressing creamy so it sticks to the stuff not runny.
Play with the amounts till you find a mixture you like. Pour over other mixture then stir and eat or refrigerate till cold if you can wate that long.
