I have one of my 2018 turkey breast on my smoker now. I placed it in a brine this morning and moved it to the smoker a little while ago. If it tastes half as good as that brine smelled then I'm in business! Using pecan wood at 240 degrees.

After reading this thread I thought I would smoke a turkey breast then I remembered ....I didn't get a turkey this year.
