Are the deer considered livestock by the state and fall under laws concerning livestock? I try to follow this out of curiosity but can't make heads or tails of this one.

I've read all that before but it doesn't state one way or another, they are or they are not. I'm not on a pro or anti deer hunting rant so not what this is leading to. Just curiosity.

I've always thought they should be considered livestock as well.

They are livestock now since it was taken out of DNRs hands I thought ?? But what needs cleared up is when CWD is foundvand Farms are depopulated it’s not our responsibility to pay for their dead “Livestock” it’s a sorry about your luck thing not my responsibility to pay for their bad luck !!
