Proposed changes in Kentucky

Definitely looks like they want hunters to harvest additional antlerless deer in some areas.

One thing I like about the proposal is they are just changing the bag limits for the existing "bundle" licenses they have, not creating new license types. Also, they are just extending the dates of the current firearms season, not creating new seasons on top of existing ones.

I don't deer hunt in Kentucky, so I can't say if I feel these changes are warranted, but I do think Indiana needs to take a page from Kentucky's playbook when it comes to simplifying deer hunting regs.
