Well they reopened the Store in the same location Saturday. The name is now Gander Outdoors. Pretty much the same-o-same-o. They have a decent collection of guns and fishing stuff. They do not handle the real Black Powder and probably will not. They do have powder in black cans though if that counts.

Wow great to hear š say what you want about big stores ruining markets but when they went out of business it was like ok now what? If I want to go to a decent sporting store I have to travel 2+ hours to go to cabelas. So Iām happy to hear their back in my home town!

I stopped in at the Castleton store a few weeks ago and it felt good to have them open again. Definitely a different look. The first thing I noticed as I walked in the door is that it was much brighter and immediately you walk up to a bicycle service center. They seem to be keying in on bikes and outdoor gear like camping. I'm good with that and happy to see them come back.

It seemed like every kind of bolt, screw, or cleat you could need for a boat.
