In a day where customer service can be questionable, I like to give kudos when it is due. The quiver push pins and a bad rubber bumper on an SDR kit on recent Wicked Ridge purchases warranted a call to TenPoint. I was on the phone less than 5 minutes and it culminated with “Eric” saying, “No problem sir...all your parts will ship out today, free of charge!”

That's a wonderful thing. Typically companies make it so difficult and frustrating (on purpose) that most say the heck with it..

When I bought my Horton Legend last year the Director of Sales Randy Wood e-mailed and called me about when I will receive the crossbow and later asked how I liked it. Mention installation and safety videos etc. Now I call that hospitality service. Randy was super nice and just from his voice you could tell he loved his job. Kudos to TenPoint!!!

When I bought my Horton Legend last year the Director of Sales Randy Wood e-mailed and called me about when I will receive the crossbow and later asked how I liked it. Mention installation and safety videos etc. Now I call that hospitality service. Randy was super nice and just from his voice you could tell he loved his job. Kudos to TenPoint!!! I know Randy personally. A fine gentleman, indeed. He is actually Vice President of Sales and a very busy man. For him to take time out with you shows the caliber of the man and the organization. If anyone has a problem with a TenPoint product they will make it right and very quickly..

When I ordered mine their online system was not working right and I called sales to check if the order went through or not. Randy answered the phone. The order confirmation page did not appear. The shipping cost was the issue. I ordered the old way over the phone and Randy 1st called to let me know the status and it went from there.
