Are the Nosler E-Tip bullets legal for deer?

Are the Nosler E-Tip bullets legal for deer? Dec 24, 2017 12:42:42 GMT -5

I'm planning on starting reloading for my 30-06 for deer and was wondering if these would be legal or if they'd be considered FMJ bullets since they're lead free? They do have a polymer tip though so they would be legal wouldn't they?

It states that the round does expand upon impact and maintains 95% of its weight and mass.
