I put up some more pics. One is to show how compact it breaks down to. The 2nd pic is a pulley and rope I mounted to the front of the bed. It will be tied to the deers legs, and make it easy to pull it into the truck since it has a cap. Got to think smarter with age!

Since then, I have it down pat again, and it is well worth the ribbing from him. Lol. Its working out very well.
