Well, I didn't make it back out to the deer woods until this morning. Having popped a doe last Sunday, I was eager to try and find my arrow today. Lo and behold, on the way in to the stand, I see a little green light in the cut bean field:  It had been 6 days and I was quite surprised to see the glow! To top that off, the Killzone still looks like it would function just fine!  |

Plus, the beans were still out last Sunday so this thing was "combined" over on Monday! And I have no past experience as this is the first deer I've shot with a lighted nock! |

It's a teeny tiny ittty bitty extremely small petite minuscule LED bulb.
I dint think 4 or 5 days is out of line...

I have one from last year that was never lit and the batteries are dead... 1 of 3 that didn't make it a year.

Next question, what brand ya got there in that picture? I've had these for a few years and for some reason I just decided to use lighted nocks for the first time this year. I had these in my accessories bag and didn't even have the original packaging. I think they're about 3 years old. These are the Rage Nockturnals-GT's! |

I practice with last years and always have brand new ones in when hunting. I've never had one not lit when I've come back the next day. I once left one lit (Nockturnal) in the mancave and it died sometime on day 10.
