How about that. They got the language clear about the cartridge limit being exclusive to this section, but not where to legally use the weapon! Actually it's wrong about the cartridge limit too,it use to be for the HPRs only and now it's for the PCRs too. Not according to that IC.

The description of the calibers includes all PCRs too, that's why they're now illegal on public property. .243 and up includes .357 mag,44 mag and all the rest. There's a cartridge limit on all those too even on private land. I don't see anything in there saying that cartridge limit is only for the HPRs.

I actually received a call from Mr Bray yesterday too.
I also talked to the Governor's Office, too. Whomever answered the phone knew about the issue and seems very frustrated about it too. I was told the Governor was working on it.
Fingers crossed that Mr Holcomb will temporary fix this issue....

Just a question. So if I have my 308 handgun and 308 rifle with me. How many shells can I have on me?

But if you have a .300 win rifle and a .308 handgun you can have 10 .300 and an unlimited amount of. 308. Even if the handgun is an ar with high capacity mags.

Even when I was still using my 12ga to hunt deer, I can't remember a time when I carried more than 10 rounds into the field with me...
