Pretty good pics for the price. Two of my StealthCams crapped the bed on me this summer, so I just now ordered 3 of these.
Hopefully none explode.

I think I will pick up two of them tomorrow. Are they in the store or do we have to order online?

Amazon has them too.
The reviews suggest they are not water resistant and have no time stamp.
Can you expand on either of these?

I had seen the no time stamp and that is not a biggie.
One gent said a rain ruined the two cameras he had. That was the only thing on rain. One would wonder if he didnt close them properly as I didnt see any others stating that?

There's no time stamp but one very cool function is there's a viewer screen on the front to look at your photos. They take micro SD as well. I picked up 2 from Walmart on clearance @ $7.00 each

I think they clearanced them in-store. It was online I saw the $19 price
I personally have not seen any water-tight issues. I had two out for quite a while.
I figured the no time stamp was just part of what made it more affordable.

So long as the picture has a created date stamp on the file when pulling over to computer the time stamp is just annoying but not a deal breaker. May be worth checking out.

My thinking is to pick some of these up for gate cameras around the property and the neighbors farm. I would then place one of my other cameras to watch this camera and get photos with date/time stamp of anybody messing with these. If one gets destroyed, its the cheaper camera and use images from the other camera for prosecution.

We do this with non functioning cams but I agree the fact the cheapo would also be snapping pictures is an added benefit I like.

Amazon says - Usually ships within 1 to 2 months? Are they ordering them and then getting them from China?

I had thought that it would be cool to put these out as bait and then put a better camera high up to catch the thief, or maybe put a cheapie watching all your good cameras.

I got mine today. Not too bad..
I can see where the one guy had "rain problems". You have to close the little door just right to get it to seal.
I need some AA batteries and a couple of Micro SD cards before I can try them out.
Looking forward to it.
