My 2nd job is running into issues , In the 100 + years of being open the owners never put money back into the company . I heard rumors of the company being in trouble , but that was by a few people . Now it seems a lot more employees including upper management is saying that the writing is on the wall . a few investors came In and checked the place out and left with a thumbs down . T he equipment is 40 years plus old , they finally upgraded the computer server which was 40 years old . Now the server is 10 years old . hours are being cut in different departments , and there have been layoffs . I'm going to stick with the company until the end . I already have a friend who's upgrading my resume .

You should be able to find another one. I just hope it's close to you. With Obama Care, there are more part-time jobs out there.
Sarah just got a Job at Eskenazi. She's thrilled.

Be cool if you found a first job that allowed you to not work a second

If you find a better 1st job or better 2nd job, don't pass it up and stay with the old 2nd job to the bitter end. You might not be able to find as good of a replacement as the one you pass up.

I agree it's kind of important in my book to stick it out even if it may be going down. If not they will sure remember who was sticking around when things got tough.
Sorry about that, apparently I double posted it some how.

I like the job which is a good thing . What hurts me is that I see 119 other employees who could end up jobless. I have a primary full time job and for a lot of employees that work there they are the primary money makers in their family . If I need extra cash I can always do overtime on my days off at the hospital that I work at .
