I've put that thing through the paces. It's not a rzr, but it's supposed to be. I'm not asking for a RZR like ride but I've been impressed driving in a ranger over some pretty rutted up and pothole filled fields. Just didn't know if it felt like a solid axle or if it absorbed things pretty well. It definitely has the solid axle feel. It can jar you pretty good. You can always slow down too.

Ranger, I like the bench seating and put a winch on the front. Great to have when you need it and you will need it.

Well I stopped in at the Polaris dealer yesterday and they had a sage green ranger 570 full size. $1000 off retail and they are giving me a good deal on accessories like roof, windshield etc. Didn't officially buy it but he is getting all the paperwork ready and should have it finished Monday.
I'm not nearly as big of a fan of the dash compared to the new 900 and 1000, they have an option for a body (formed roll cage and dash like the new ones) like the 900 and 1000 but it's $2000 more. The thing I like about the round roll cage is the accessories are a lot cheaper. Almost half of what they are for their formed roll cage.

Just my opinion you might want to save money and pass on the roof and windshield. To easy to break or scratch the windshield and the roof serves no purpose. Put your money on a good heavy duty 2" receiver,a good permanently mount slow moving vehicle sign, a bed liner and maybe some CV joint boot protectors.
Dealers make their money by selling accessories, also it's cheaper to buy your air/oil filters from your local auto supply store.

I pull my cornpro trailer with mine...12' long and maybe 1300lbs for the trailer and another 2000lbs in stuff the heaviest I've pulled. The biggest problem you will have pulling super heavy loads is the rear independent suspension. It will collapse under too much weight. But no, I've never felt the need for more power. I know that their XP I think has those load leveling shocks. Haven't looked but wonder if those are available as a retrofit. I haven't looked at the 570 full size but some of their models have multiple suspension mounts to modify their suspension geometry.

I think it'll perform well for the loads they spec it for...I was way, way over that. It was still acceptable. Just left the trailer sand foot down a little.

I wouldn't be without a roof and windshield, keeps you much dryer and warmer. If you don't want to pay the price for factory stuff, I suppose you could make a windshield out of a piece of 1/4" plexiglass and something else for a roof? Second for the 2" hitch receiver. I think those are pretty standard? Don't know why you would need a bed liner? The beds are already plastic.
