I'm usually just under 400 grains with a Gold Tip 5575 and a G5 Montec 100 grain broadhead.

When I could still shoot my XI Legacy compound I shot 29 1/4" 2413s swaged and had Zwickey Eskimos mounted on the front.
That combo went a tad under 500 grains.
For my crossbows..
TenPoint QX4 - I shoot the TenPoint Pro-Elite carbons with a Wasp SST Hammer in 100 grains. Vanes are Blazers. Total weight is 426 grains.
Excalibur Exomag - I shoot the Gold Tip Laser IIs with a Wasp SST Hammer in 100 grains. Vanes are Blazers. Total weight is 355 grains.

I'm hitting the 410g. mark. 100 grain Grim Reapers. From my Outback at 70#s I'm shooting 'em about 280fps. Try to keep a balance with speed and weight.

351 gr.on the nose-g.t xt hunters -3355s with a nap nitron,100 gr. (thinkin of trying slick tricks this year) wouldnt want to go any lower than i am now. decent speed, but the k.e is a shade over 50 and id like to keep it as high as possible without killing too much speed.
