Called TIP hotline 2 days in a row

Last 2 days I went over to help my dad hunt a field next to state ground. Not going to mention where. We were on private land bordering state ground. We were hunting with guns for doe. 1st day car parks on road and guy walks in our field with no orange. He climbs a tree on state ground facing our field. He clearly plans to shoot into the field. 2nd day two guys park and walk in field doing the same thing. This time one of them has a gun going on state land where you can't hunt the late antlerless season. CO spent about an hour with them.
