In the process of our recent move, my Dillon 550b was knocked off of a bench and sustained a break in the frame.
I called 'em up; they told me to send it in, and a couple of weeks later I had it back with a new frame.
Great customer service!

Dillon 550b is a reloading press. Sorry that I didn't clarify.
I bought it about 20 years ago, and was very pleasantly surprised that the company didn't even question what had happened.

I had to use their warranty service many years ago - can't even tell you what the issue was any more. All I remember is the sent a new part no questions asked.
