Hey guys, I'm in an interesting spot right now. Many of you don't know me but I'm an aspiring Olympic shotgun shooter, and my goal is to make the 2024 Olympics. I'm currently a junior in high school but I'm just asking for prayer in my decisions for college and future work. Shooting is my passion and I'd love to eventually become a professional shooter. I trust that God's plan is right, it's just a matter of me growing into it. Any prayers would be great, and it'd mean a lot, thanks!

Thanks I will, I'm just trying to stay humble and make the most with what I've got. I don't have any sponsorships or the most money, but I've got the heart and determination to be the best.

Prayers for you and you have a great attitude. God will lead you.. Thanks Woody, that means a lot. I can't always control if I win, but I can control my attitude, and that's been my main focus this year.

Awesome! So nice every time I see someone leaning on the Lord for guidance with their future. I'll pray for you to continue down the path God has laid out for you and pray He keeps you humble along the way. Best of luck to you and God Bless!

God loves a humble heart, and it sounds like you have one. Always remember that if God closes a door another will open. I will specifically ask him to close doors that he does not want me to enter, because I've been through enough that he let me pass through, but was not good for me other than to teach me that I really do want his will for me.
There is no doubt that God has given you this ability, and for a purpose. Seek him and his ways will open before you.
Thank you for sharing this, and seeking our prayers and support. How does one know God's will for them? Well, we can look at what is known, what we know about him and then we do all we can. He will where we cannot. We know that he has given you a gift. We know that the giver is greater than the gift. Recognize where this gift comes from and express it all along the way of your success and failures. He will teach you in all of it. My advice is that whatever we find our hands doing, do it with all our might. Go for it, give Him praise all along the way, and accept wherever it leads.
May God bless you in this endeavor.

Here's a little update: I'm getting ready to take some college visits over spring break, one to the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas, and maybe Hillsdale college in Michigan. I'm excited but nervous for them. Also upcoming I've got a shoot where Liberty University's new shooting program and their coach will be there. That'd be my top school if I can get some decent scholarship money. Just keep praying for my guidance and decision as it's getting closer.

Did I tell you that my FFL guy was on a shooting team in college. I don't remember where he went.
