While no doubt the Dem's are fractured at the moment, historically their voting block has come together in the end whereas the GOP voters tend to be a bit more independent minded - their issues may end up being a bigger problem. Although with as crazy as his election has been so far who knows!

Nothing seems to be sticking to Hillary @ this point. I guess it's going to come down to the 10% or so who haven't made up their minds.

The core Dem voters just don't care about such things. There's about a half dozen States that will decide the Presidency.

I think at least in part it's because people will be voting against the other guy instead for the candidate

I think 45ish percent will vote for the D every election no matter what and 45ish percent will vote for the R. Elections are won by turnout and fighting over that 10% in the middle.
So far Trump has won with the turnout thing....can he do the same in November is the question.
Also, I personally know two women who normally vote D that are planning on voting Trump. That's a good sign....
I'm still likely going Johnson.

For all of the I'm not voting for Trump people, consider this, your second ammendment rights may be gone if Hillary stacks the supreme court with liberal judges. We already know the liberals are out to restrict guns, it doesn't matter if your a hunter or just a concealed carry guy you will lose your right to defend yourself. I'm usually not a single issue voter but in this case I am. If Hilliary wins then more than likely a few years from now, we will be on this forum telling stories about when we used to hunt with guns. Think about it.
