Not sure if I have made a mistake...bought her a bow because she would like to start hunting with me. Added some pretty pink bow jax and string suppressors. I would like to see her get one this year. Anyone else hunt with wife/girlfriend/husband?

My wife wants nothing to do with hunting, but my daughter has been with me. She does fine, and it was fun for both of us.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It may even bring her to appreciate everything you do to be a successful hunter and all you put in to it.

I just wish my girlfriend would hunt with me. She has gone with me to sit in the blind but hasn't had any interest in doing it again. My daughter has asked if she could go this coming season we will have to see if she really does go.

My wife started hunting with me 2 years ago after we bought our place. I was surprised that she liked it honestly. I even told her it had all the things she didn't like together (being patient, being cold, etc.).

My wife usually goes with me once or twice a year. She would probably be more successful than me she has pretty good ability to sit still.

Your a lucky man if you have a wife who shares your outdoor interests, nurture it and make it grow into a team effort it will make the time invested well spent.

My wife is a city girl. I wish she would, but she does support my time out.

I got a cheap stand from sportsmans guide and will get it set up. Shot her bow last night (Barnett Recruit) and it is really accurate! Might make for a good date night! Much better for me than going to a chick flick at the theater and having to pay for a over priced plate of food. Blessed to have her, blessed to hunt

My wife hunts. This year it was two deer for her and zero for me....
She always whoops me on squirrels too.

My wife will turkey hunt with me but, won't deer hunt. Her reasoning, deer are cute and turkeys are "icky".

Sometimes I let my husband hunt with me but I enjoy the quiet when he's not with me lol. You might be surprised how much US ladies enjoy bowhunting.
