Got a disk puller. I'll use the little Moto to spray and spread. I have everything I need now as far as equipment goes.

Well, about 7 years ago, I hit the lotto of love. Rural King didn't accept love, so I had to pay them; it made me feel kind of cheap and sleazy.

Very Nice!! You will be food plottin in style this year! Thanks! Even though I struggled last season not having the right equipment, I really enjoyed working that land and watching the plants grow, more than I ever dreamed. To see the deer still eating the turnips just warms my heart. I would plant a food plot even if I never hunted it. I'm so thankful that I have the time to do these things now, or I just couldn't do it. It's fun for me to figure things out; I'm thinking that this will be a perpetual learning experience. I'm planting all different plants this year and much more of it. I don't think they'll be able to eat it all ...I'm hoping they get word to their relatives down the road a bit. If you need help, I'll come help you.

O.K., what do you have to get the seeds in the ground at the proper depth? So far all the new toys look great!!

O.K., what do you have to get the seeds in the ground at the proper depth? So far all the new toys look great!! This is a good question, and not sure what I need. For the 2" depth, I just lower the disk to that depth. For the 1/4 -1/2" depth, I smooth it out with the harrow and then go back over it. What equipment would be good for this?
