KW in bloomington. They make the normal sausage/jerky jalapeño and cheese plus breakfast sausage and Texas links. The links are like a long brat that is hard to beat cooked slow on grill with mustard. Will customize most things to your liking. I actually helped trial and error the Texas links with the owner a few years ago as he tweeked the recipe he got from a large texss processer. They also do some hams as well. I've had the jalapeño and summer sausage from there before. It was pretty good. The rest, not so much (steaks,burgers,jerky). Not sure if the two I took there accidentally got swapped with someone else's that didn't take care of their deer in a proper time frame but the meat has always had a weird taste. Like on the edge of going bad/gutshot . Sausage was good though. Ate it with cheese and crackers. The rest got thrown out. It's a shame because I live less than 2 miles away. Very nice people as well. Now if I don't just process them myself (which I do 95% of the time), they get to go to Rice's out in Spencer.
