Around 75 dollars to do into steaks ground roast etc.. For sausage I think its like 5 -6 dollars a roll or 8 dollars for each bag of jerky you want made. 75 is the base fee for processing .

80 bucks. My processor charges extra for suet/fat for the ground meat.
His deer sausage is the best I've ever had.
I've also got half of hog from him. He uses real smoke none of that liquid smoke. No hormones in the meat either as his son raises hogs and he raises beef cows. Their Amish.

Down here in KY, the processing price is $90,for Steaks & Burger. Regular cuts (Roast, Steaks, Burger,) runs around $80.00. Also they leave the bones in and is frozen. This season I am going to butcher my own Deer harvest. Sort of a rip-off down here!!

There is a lot of cost running a good butcher shop when you consider being availed at all hrs for hunters and equipment electric to run coolers etc. While it is cheaper to do your own you pay for convenience a expertise. Around 100 if you get more than just basic cut. 75 or so for basic.

Thanks You won't find any processors that are much cheaper than that anywhere I know about. Cheapest I know about is $65...or was last I checked. Lots are $80-90. $75 would make you very competitive.

Guy I use is 80$, you get steaks, roasts, and burger. All boneless. He sells extras such as summer sausage, jerky, and other things too. Every 5th deer is free too. I'm a frequency rewards member.

A deer processor with a frequent rewards club?? Sign me up! lol, I go to Buckstop processing in Redkey, Indiana and I highly recommend them to anyone around the area. They are very reasonable and I have never had a problem with anything. It's based off the weight of the deer and then any extras(summer sausage, jerky, breakfast sausage) are pretty reasonably priced too. I HIGHLY recommend the debs breakfast sausage. That stuff is amazing. I use it for biscuits and gravy and my kids can't get enough of it.

I pay $90 for basic processing. I have tried others but I've never gotten a hair or a piece of bloodshot meat. Wrapped in plastic, then butcher paper. Cut of meat is labeled and dated. Boneless and 99% of the fat/silver skin is trimmed off. I also seem to get more meat back per deer than from other processors that I've used. During archery or muzzleloader season I have no problem getting a deer processed there, but after opening day of the gun season he runs out of cooler space.

My local processor closed at the end of last season after about 10-15 years. I went to another shop recently and got a huge sticker shock. Basic boneless cut with 10# of snack sticks instead of burger. $180! I about died. Lol!

Jeez. Glad I started doing my own. It's not the most professional looking cuts of meat, but I save significantly.

I used to pay around $100. Do my own now. But I take longer, about 4-5 hours a deer. I get about 20% more meat this way. I don't know how long it takes a processor, but they also have to pay for overhead (cooler, electricity, staff, tools, etc) I don't begrudge them trying to profit from it. I wouldn't do one for someone else less than $100.

Where I go, they base it on the size of the deer. S-$60 M-$80 L-$100 The guy I used to take my deer to charged less for a small deer. Ended up dropping it when folks tried to take advantage of him. I would guess doing it by weight would be better. I think it is $75 for be-boned, ground and cut the way you ask. They do one deer at a time. Steaks and all other cuts vac packed. Ground bagged. Summer Sausage, sticks and jerky extra $$$. +$5 if you want the skin nothing extra to cape. They do good work.

$76 at my local processor. Basic skin, cut and wrap including whatever ground a person wants. When I lived just North of Evansville, had a guy, who was actually a professional butcher, process my Deer(s) @ $35/Deer. Though he didn't freeze the cuts but did an excellent job boning out the cuts, and I ended up with some nice Roasts, Chops, Steaks, and Burger, wrapped. His operation was very clean too.
