Good video! Although his predictions on the "lockdown phase" is said to be a myth by the recent thread on here. Regardless, I have already requested off work three days the weekend of halloween and three days the following weekend.

I think with any deer hunting advice from anyone, professional or not, you have to take it in and see how it works with your own experience where you hunt. Nevertheless, I do look for the rut action where I am to be pretty similar to this especially if there are cooler temperatures. If it's hot, it seems like it really shrinks how far and how much bucks and does move.

Funny how the "experts" create new articles every year with some sort of angle to predict the timing of the rut, when in reality it's at the same time every year due to number of hours of daylight.
