5/10 on that quiz is not bad at all. Most of those are "off the beaten path" kinds of questions. At least 5 of the answers can be found in the book too.

Lol-my wife I'd always amazed at my useless knowledge. Not useless if you are a contest winner. Wave that in her face!

I can't tell you how many time she has had a look of amazement on her face, and has said, "How do you know that?". It's often followed by, "Why do you know that?!"

Thanks! I never did remember the name of the wanna-be state Franklin. I had just read about it too!
I'll read the book and I have a ten year old who can give it a review as well!

Congrats squatch! (high five) I got #1, #4, #8, #9, and #10 correct. I also knew the answer #2, but it didn't click until after I saw the answer. Oh well, I was surprised to see I tied for the lead. It was an honor just to be nominated. I hope you and your son enjoy the read! I may prompt may local library to get a copy ... and my kids' schools. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Hankins, who taught the Indiana History class I had back when I was a freshman in high school...27 years ago. "There are only two people who love you this much ... me and your Momma!"
