Should of snapped a picture of my plate, but thought of it after the fact. I fried some deer tenderloins and squirrel, put the lid on and steamed them for awhile, then sautéed some onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and made homemade gravy. Oh my was it good, and made for a nice ending to a busy week of vacation. I butchered five deer, and this is what we got...
60 lbs burger 42 lbs went for salami 8 bags of tenderloins 25 bags of cut backstraps for steaks 20 lbs jerky 21 Qts canned 24 Pts canned
Finally all done except for salami, having that made. Should hold us over for a while!
