I'm another Slick Trick guy. 100 grain. They fly great and do a great job on the deer.

Slick Trick standard 100 grain has worked flawlessly so far for me.

I went ahead and got the Muzzy 100 grain. I dont know how I would feel using mechanical broadheads. Couldnt be beat on price...6 in a pack plus the practice blades.

I have recently switched to standard slick tricks out of my vertical and crossbow. Love those things.

For the "big game" animals we have in Indiana I have no complaints with the 2 blade Rage heads ....
The one sure thing in archery hunting is that there is no sure things .... put a field point through both lungs and the critter will likely die. Put your muzzy/rage/slick trick/reaper etc through an area without a vital organ and the deer will likely live.
More is required from the hunter than is required from the tool.

I have shot RAGE 100 grain 2 blades for last 5 year's and have yet to lose a deer using them. My advice is to shoot a broadhead that flys straight with your equipment. These post usually end up being a " ing contest" so shoot what you feel comfortable with and work for you. There is NO correct answer to this question as there are ton's of quality broadhead's available. But the bottom line is, if you put the broadhead where it is intended to hit your target it will achieve the result you are looking for. (Dead animal)

I use slick trick magnum 100's and like them. Shoot the same as my field tips and pretty devastating when they connect.

If you want a cheap broad even Walmart has, hard to go wrong with 3 blade 100grain Muzzy broadheads. I don't know of a better broadhead for the money. That's what I use. They kill deer just as dead as anything else. First deer I shot with a bow was quartering to me at around sixteen yards. The Muzzy blasted through her shoulder and exited through her belly on the other side. I was sold after seeing that.

Slick Trick Magnums and Grizz Tricks. This was with a Grizz Trick. Steel ferrules and blades can be resharpened or replaced whichever you like. Plus I really like the washer under the broadhead so that you can get the heads tuned to the arrow perfectly.

I was using my compound bow and the 3 blade 100 grain muzzys. I hit him in the liver and the arrow exited through his belly. It went clean through his body

I use Slick Trick Magnums 125grain currently. The new Muzzy Trocars (I believe they're called) I would not hesitate to use, they finally went to a slightly thicker blade for more durability and mimic the thickness of the Slick Tricks I love.
Next season I will be using a heavier single beveled broadhead by Alaskan Bowhunting....slight overkill for deer to some, but them coupled with new arrows from them will be well worth it for any hunting I choose to do for years to come.
***IMPORTANT*** With all that said though the following is true above all else: EVERY BROADHEAD HAS, IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO KILL DEER IF THE HUNTER DOES THEIR PART.

Rage 100 gr. 2 blade put a doe down for me last night. Blew threw her shoulder and she expired after 25 yd's in plain sight. My kinda tracking job.

I have 2 different heads in my quiver. I love my Slick Trick 100 grain Magnums, but I have recently discover another fixed head called a RamCat.. I've yet to kill anything with a RamCat but know friends that have. They will defiently open up a nice wound channel..
