Found him right away, if I hadn't have been looking for him he would be very easy to overlook.

Took about 10 seconds.. Definitely would have stepped on him in the woods if he wasn't moving! Makes you wonder how many you step right over and never know about it...

I looked so hard that I saw a leprechaun, 2 keys and a picture of Elvis in a UFO before I saw the snake!
They do blend in!

OK I give. I think I saw an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary but no Copperhead. Where is it at?

OK I give. I think I saw an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary but no Copperhead. Where is it at? Help Feather out. Anyone good at Photoshop draw a circle around him. Now the question - If you saw him would you kill him?

If I had a shotgun on me and clearly identified it as a copperhead, it would be a goner. Non poisonous snakes get a pass.

OK I saw that and thought that was part of the snake but I thought the photo was going to show the entire snake including the head. In my defense we don't have Copperheads up here in these parts however we do have RATTLEMOCCASONS. To answer your question WOULD I SHOOT HIM hell I didn't even see him and besides I am not a good over the shoulder shooter while running at mach 1 speed.

I've heard that folks who are color blind can spot objects easier, not being fooled by the color of the camo. Any truth to this?
My wife (who is not color blind) actually found the snake pretty quickly.
