Didn't know there was a "like" feature. There isn't one through the ProBoards app. That's about the only way I ever access the site anymore. I'm surprised at that. I access the site through my Iphone at times but not the ProBoard Ap. I can "like" with the phone... The application is kind of a bare bones version of the website.

I got drawn for Crane Naval on 11/24/13 and going as a partner on 12/1/13 to Camp Atterbury and again as a partner on 12/15/13 to Muscatatuck. All firearm deer military/refuge draw hunts-Muzzleloader only at Muscatatuck! Can't wait!! No luck on the archery Big Oaks this year for me or my hunting buddies. Oh well maybe better luck on the State Park reduction draws coming up, good luck to all this year and be safe.

I got drawn Big Oaks for November 4th. I haven't been there in 10years or so. Any general info about where to hunt would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck to everybody.

I've hunted it a few times several years ago.. Took a couple does.. buddy shot a nice buck... Back then, the best areas to hunt were in the non-hunting zone... you could see deer and turkeys each evening from the road... A lot of the hunt area is marsh like and the hunting is impacted by how high the management wants to keep the wetlands... Get a map of the place.. I would suggest looking near the area where there is an old cemetery near a creek bottom... seems like it was straight back from the main entrance after you pass the lake.. maybe a mile from the gate... can't remember the name of the cemetery, but it should be on some topo maps... there were some fields, creek bottoms and big woods near there... seemed like a good spot and we did see deer... I think a lot of your luck will be dependent upon how much hunting pressure there is to drive the deer to the nohunt zone..
Hope this helps,
TheMoose

I was drawn for Crane on 11/24. Any info or advice would be helpful because I have never hunted there. I'm not sure how many other dates were available at Crane but I'm looking forward to it. Anybody else get drawn at Crane?

I may try to get up there and bow hunt / scout before hand.

I was drawn for Muscatatuck for 12/8 and Big Oaks on 10/26 and 10/27. Does anyone know if it is one or two deer limit at Muscatatuck. The info states both and is confusing. And it will be my first time at Big Oaks, any info about that place would be helpful.

The second page is last years information with the date at the top of the page changed. The rules on page two apply, but the daily limit is two (2) with the proper licenses that is on page one.

Same here both hunts at Brown Co. Area 1 early and Area 2 late. Been a while since I did a Brown Co. hunt. Think 1 is the North Gate Area; don't remember where 2 is. Didn't figure we'd get both dates.
