We are selling our home (by owner)that we had built in 2009. It is a stick built ranch (1,980 square feet) that sits on 3.44 acres. Approximately 2 acres is yard and the rest is wooded with a shared pond, shooting range, and a basic ATV/walking trail. We have turkey, deer, rabbits, foxes, coyotes, etc. and you can use the fire pit and shoot whenever you want because we are in the country about 5 miles west of the 39 bypass in Martinsville. We have city water, a septic system just (cleaned out this month), and we are all electric. We have a wood burning stove insert to help with the winters as well. We are asking $239,500 for our home.
