I take a trip to Reelfoot almost every spring. Hopefully there will be near normal water levels this spring. Two years ago when I went it was at a nearly all time high with several resorts shut down, and last year the water was well below normal pool when I went down.

We have a lake home in northern Michigan on a wonderful chain of lakes just east of Traverse City. Great fishing for a number of species including; smallmouth, largemouth, rock bass, bluegill, perch and pike. Also some musky, lake trout and brown trout but I haven't figured that program out yet.
Do lots of long weekends up there, soon as the weather shapes up till fall.

Already did. I spent some time in Texas visiting friends and fished while I was there. Largemouth Bass, Bluegills and Redears were caught. No monsters, LMB to about 3#, BG to 10" and 1 1/4# and RES to 9" and under a pound.

I will probably fish here on Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake 30 or 40 days this Spring and Summer.
Then I am going to Lake Guntersville in Alabama for a few days also.

Yep Yep. My wife and I are going to Canada in August for our anniversary. Planning to catch Walleye, Yellow Perch, Northerns, and Muskie. We'll see how it goes.
Then we hit Lake Hamlin in Ludington, MI every July, so that will be another good trip. Been going there every year since I was born in 1985.
Other than that I may make a trip to Truman Lake, MO for Spring crappie, and I'll prolly hit KY and IL for weekend trips. Not sure what lakes yet. Trying to plan another trip down to AL to fish Eufala and Guntersville again, but it may have to wait until 2014.

Hey HM - let me know how that trip goes. Would love to hear about your experience. I would like to do the exact same thing some time. Any chance you can make it to St. Clair with us in May?

I will have just left there on the 18th. I'm going down on the 11th. I've organized a Bass Cat Owners Tourney that will be on Father's Day weekend. Dave Stewart is a sponsor and graciously donated a guided trip as a door prize. That time of year will be a slugfest. PM me and we'll talk more.
