The looks on those kids faces says it all......Come to think of it, those "guides" have pretty big grins too!
What an outstanding event, the true meaning of "above and beyond".
I sure hope you got some press on this John, we can only hope things like this spread!
God bless you.

More pictures, enjoy. This is Eric Corey he is 17 and has Lou Gherigs disease. After winning this muzzleloader during our raffle for the kids, he looked at me and said, "Wow, I've never won anything in my life."

This is one of my favorite pictures. I think it describes what this hunt is all about.

Fantastic John! Logan told me all about the hunt at school. I duck hunted with his sister's boyfriend over Thanksgiving. I got to hear the story several different times. Logan was so happy when he shot that deer, he cried. Isn't Dusty a tough kid, with a heart of gold? Thanks John and everyone else for putting this together!

WOW!!
This thread has only been up two days aNd has had over 1,000 views (hits).
I don't think the "State Record Deer" thread had that many views in just two days.
That is GREAT that the word is getting out.

Amazing! All done without the aid of Bridget and High Fence Pens. I did not think it possible?

That is really something.
I'd say the kids and the "guides"' fit very well into the "hero" category..
Congratulations to all.
