I started around 8:00 this morning with a little grunting and the doe bleat can in a spot that I've been having some action in. In just a few short minutes I hear the unmistakable sound of deer coming..a doe and a button buck=free pass! They continue on past me and are hanging out behind me when I hear a stick snap in the direction they came from! The first thing I see is a white rack through the brush..as he cleared the brush he was hot on her trail grunting the whole way. He crossed the creek in a spot I've never seen a deer cross before and was now 30 yds. away and still grunting. He took a few more steps and the rest is history! He weighed 225 lbs. field dressed, 31 in. neck and 6 in bases!! Good Luck and Stay SAFE!!
